Maximizing Your Benefits
If you have dental insurance, we are anxious to help you receive your maximum allowable benefits. In order to achieve this goal, we need your assistance, and your understanding of our payment policy.
Payments for services is due at the time services are provided unless payment arrangements have been approved in advance by our office manager or staff. Be aware that billing the insurance is not a guarantee of payment. While filing of insurance claims is a courtesy that we extend to our patients, the entire cost of dental treatment are your legal responsibility from the date services are provided.
Your dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company (we are not a party to that contract). Any complaints about benefits, payment or coverage should be directed to Human Resources or the company owner. Not all services are a covered benefit in all contracts.
Any difference between the estimated insurance coverage and actual payment by your insurance will be invoiced (or reimbursed) to you on completion of insurance processing. If you have any questions about the above information, or any uncertainty regarding your insurance coverage, please do not hesitate to ask us! we are here to help you.
