Maximizing Your Benefits

If you have dental insurance, we are anxious to help you receive your maximum allowable benefits. In order to achieve this goal, we need your assistance, and your understanding of our payment policy.

Payments for services is due at the time services are provided unless payment arrangements have been approved in advance by our office manager or staff. Be aware that billing the insurance is not a guarantee of payment. While filing of insurance claims is a courtesy that we extend to our patients, the entire cost of dental treatment are your legal responsibility from the date services are provided.

Your dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company (we are not a party to that contract). Any complaints about benefits, payment or coverage should be directed to Human Resources or the company owner. Not all services are a covered benefit in all contracts.

Any difference between the estimated insurance coverage and actual payment by your insurance will be invoiced (or reimbursed) to you on completion of insurance processing. If you have any questions about the above information, or any uncertainty regarding your insurance coverage, please do not hesitate to ask us! we are here to help you.

Sensitive Teeth

Do you ever wince when the cold soft drink or ice cream hits your teeth? This problem is not uncommon, and it's best to determine the root cause of the discomfort. We recommend scheduling a dentist appointment, as there are many different possibilities for sensitive teeth.

Chipped Tooth

A chipped tooth is one of the most common dental injuries we see. It can result from contact sports, wear over time, or biting down on hard foods. Unless the damage is minimal, there's no permanent way to fix the chip without visiting a dentist.

Cavity

When plaque builds up on your teeth, it slowly destroys the hard outer surface and creates small holes in your teeth. Cavity symptoms will vary depending on the severity of the condition. You may not have any symptoms initially, but it becomes more noticeable as the cavity gets bigger.
